Freight Pricing

 

We rely on our courier and freight partners to deliver on our behalf, and as much as we try to keep costs down for our customers, we need to on charge some additional costs to our customers where surcharges apply.  These are explained below:

COURIER SURCHARGES

DG – Means “Dangerous Goods” and is classified as DG, because of the Lithium Battery in the product.  These items have a freight surcharge because of the way our couriers transport the item to you and the paperwork required to send these items.  This surcharge is applied as a freight charge at the checkout when you order.

Bulky – Unfortunately bigger items cost more to send & our courier partners apply a surcharge for bulky items. This charge will be added as ‘freight’ at the checkout when you order.  A bulky item is categorised as (but not limited to) the following products: Electric Scooters, Drift Trikes, Electric Rides.

Rural – If your delivery address is in a rural area, our courier partners typically use a third-party courier company to get the product to you.  This means a surcharge for rural delivery will be applied as ‘freight’ at the checkout.

TRUCK FREIGHT - SUPER BULKY FREIGHT

The Crazy Cart XL / RAZOR MX500 / RAZOR MX650 are super cools product; however, they are super bulky and heavy to freight, and therefore comes to you on a specialist freight transporter (sometimes on a pallet).  This Super Bulky surcharge will be applied as freight at the checkout when you order.  If you are RURAL, please note there are some rural addresses that our freight partners are not able to deliver to, so if unsure, please send us an email to check (admin@mozzi.co.nz) before you purchase.

FREIGHT PROTECTION

This is an 'option' for our customers to add to order at the checkout. Lost, damaged or stolen items status must first be confirmed by our freight partners before items are resent. If items are still within the delivery window with our couriers (e.g. making their way to you) we will not resend the item as it's deemed in transit to you. If we find that the original package has been delivered to you, as well as any ‘reshipped’ items, then you are obligated to have the duplicate item available to our courier for pick up/collection back to our warehouse. This will be arranged with you.

OUT OF ZONE DELIVERY

Freight to Great Barrier / Chatham Islands / Stewart Island

Unfortunately we don’t freight through our site to these areas, but if you are wanting to pay the freight charges, give us an email (admin@mozzi.co.nz), let us know the products you want to purchase, and we can organise a quote so you know what the freight would be if you progressed with an special order.
