Delivery Timeframes

XMAS / New Year 2024

Our OFFICE is now closed for Christmas and will reopen the office on 6th January.

We are still shipping out orders from our warehouse, but operating on limited hours with a small crew. Unfortunately we have no pickups available from 24th December until 6th January 2025.

Normal Delivery Timeframes - commencing 6th January 2025

Orders placed on weekdays before 2 PM will begin processing straight away and will be dispatched the same day*. Orders that fall after 2 PM will begin processing straight away but cannot be guaranteed to be dispatched same day.

Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM and over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

Upper North Island: 1-3 business days.

Auckland: 0 - 2 business days.

Central North Island: 1-2 business days.

Lower North Island: 1-3 business days.

Upper South Island: 2-3 business days.

Lower South Island: 2-4 business days.

Rural / RD addresses often take extra time - depending on how far rural you are, please add an extra 1-4 days on top of the timeframes above.

Mozzi's "Under the tree Guarantee" Terms and Conditions

This guarantee does not apply to rural addresses.

This guarantee is based on normal freighting conditions. Any external oddities or outliers e.g. floods, cook straight / road closures etc will be exempt from this guarantee.

If we find that the original package has been delivered to you, as well as any ‘reshipped’ items, then you are obligated to have the duplicate item available to our courier for pick up/collection back to our warehouse. This will be arranged with you.

We reserve the right to amend these conditions at any time, based on information received from our couriers, and/or scenarios that are out of our control.
