Got from mozzi because it said delivery from 1 to 3 days but instead was well over a week leading to my son not having his pressies arrive by his birthday. Absolutely livid as I would have paid extra to get it on time from opposition stores...good ol false advertising..

I see you ordered this on the 25th and it was delivered on the 1st.

There was an extra day delay ( delivered in 4 business days) & I see this was due to the fact that our courier mis directed it. Apologies for this!

I feel a one star is a little harsh, but you are entitled to your opinion. Hopefully you will give us another shot in future.
