We bought our razor electric motorbike from Mozzi and after 13months (1month after warranty ran out) it stopped working. Emailing the team at Mozzi was seamless at figuring out what was wrong with it and what possibly needed replacing - we came to the conclusion after process of elimination from the Mozzi team - it was the motor. Which they shipped us free of charge even though the warranty was out. My husband just replaced the motor on the weekend and hazah - it works! My kids are super happy. Thanks Mozzi - customer service was 10/10 and what it should be. We will be back for more items with you guys.
As I did with my Xmas presents for my boys, I came into the wee Mozzi shop to talk in person, get advice and choose something there.
My big 6 year old loved his big boy scooter and big boy helmet, and I really appreciated the extra effort the team went to help me choose the right combination (because colours and matching totally matters!)
I can’t rave enough about how helpful and awesome the team are - I’ll continue to shop with Mozzi through the rest of my kids childhood because of the service 👌🏼
